Why this matters

A lot of neurodivergent brains have interoception differencesβ€” the signals your body sends about hunger, thirst, and exhaustion arrive quietly, late, or not at all. You can go a whole day without eating and not realise it. You can get to the β€œwhy am I so cranky” point and the answer is simply β€œwater and a snack”.
